The Estate and Spa

Lower Mill Estate provides a peaceful retreat where you can get away from it all. The 450 acre Estate has seven private lakes for fishing, bird-watching and boating and miles of footpaths for leisurely walks. The leisure facilities are outstanding with a tennis court, football pitch, children's playground, private gym and Spa and indoor and outdoor pools heated all year round. Based in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park there are many other activities on your doorstep, with golf courses, horse riding, fishing and watersports all nearby.

All the homes are privately owned and the Estate professionally managed with a strong emphasis on conservation. The Estate is a haven for wildlife and over-wintering fowl, with two Sites of Special Scientific Interest protecting native animal and plant species.

The Estate has a small shop stocking all the essentials, daily newspapers and a good selection of local produce.

Whilst ideal for families and groups of friends looking to get away from it all, Falcon House is not suitable for hen and stag parties.

The Spa

The stunning ArtSpa opened in Spring 2006 and is exclusively available to Clearwater residents. There are two large, slate-lined, heated swimming pools. The indoor pool is open all year round and the outdoor pool is open in the summer and at other peak times. In addition, there is a third eco-pool, a freshwater swimming pool purified entirely by plants. The surrounding gardens have sunbathing decks and hammocks.

Inside the Spa building there is a sauna, steam room, library, lounge area and a number of treatment rooms. A wide range of treatments is available using Pevonia Botanica products.

The fitness studio has a range of Technogym cardiovascular and resistance equipment as well as free weights.
